Interrelation between Transactional Analysis, Psychology and Second Language Acquisition.

Dimple Mapari*

Abstract-

We learn many a subjects but do we ever learn about, how we learn?
The paper tries to focus upon the interrelation amongst the acquisition of vocabulary in the second language, Mind Mapping, mnemonics, and Guilford’s Cubical theory of intelligence. How the harmony between these can help to improve communication Skill which is pivotal in Transactional Analysis and hence the behavioral skills or TA is automatically improved.
If our word supply is inadequate our communication too becomes inadequate. To uplift the language from banal to extraordinary, will result in impressive communication improving self image and self esteem. This enables a person to perform better without undue stress.
Success is always proportional to performance and success in this competitive world often depends on our effective use of the words and their content.
Mnemonics and mind mapping help to form visual perceptions which are even used in visual Thesaurus and picture dictionaries. It helps the learner to develop memory patterns that educe concepts with wide applicability.
Each neuron in our brain looks like a super octopus having tens, hundreds or thousands of tentacles. The tentacles further branch out; these branches are called dendrites or axon. (Main Long Branch)
The paper tends to focus the trick of learning the way we learn and memorize various  words not in isolation but in synchronization. Words are hard to learn unless one wants then       in a strong way from inside. By practicing this mind mapping technique many aspects of Guilford’s cube are plasticized.
